We read every message. Here is the fastest way to reach the right person depending on what you need.

General questions & support

Email hello@vehiclelookup.org. We respond within one business day. Please include the VIN or plate you searched and a screenshot if you are reporting a bug.

Data corrections

If a field in one of our reports looks wrong, email hello@vehiclelookup.org with the VIN and the field you are disputing. We will trace it back to the source feed (NHTSA vPIC, EPA FuelEconomy, or our partner) and work with the upstream provider to get it corrected.

Press & partnerships

Working on a story about vehicle recalls, safety data, or used-car shopping? Running a complementary service you'd like to integrate? Email hello@vehiclelookup.org with the subject line "Press" or "Partnership".

Privacy & legal

Requests related to data access, deletion, or other privacy rights should go to the same address with the subject line "Privacy". See our Privacy Policy for more detail on what we collect and how we handle it.
